We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Automation Engineer to automate the organizations voice AI (Fresh AI). In this role, the Sr. Automation Engineer will be responsible for creating automated test to validate their Fresh AI ensuring high-quality results that meet business goal. Position Overview: Experience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology/AI tools Create and identify different test scenarios and conditions thats needs to be automated Must have basic Point-of-sale knowledge (Preferably NCR Aloha) An Individual who has excellent written and oral communication skills capable of prioritizing and has the potential to multi-task work. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze different types of issues and automation failures Meet timelines and minimize disruption to partner teams, proactively managing schedule and risks Ability to adapt to changing procedures, environments, and tools in QA space. Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately Partner closely with the engineering teams to replicate and resolve issues Ability to work independently as well in a team, seeking guidance as needed Responsible for identifying and creating different test scenarios on a day-to-day basis. Create and execute Automated tests in Fresh AI QA Labs on a day-to-day basis. Expected to perform Proof of concept (POC) with different tools Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline, or combination of education and experience. Minimum of 8+ years of professional QA Engineer experience with hands on experience coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent language. Experience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology/tools Experience with OCR (Optical Character recognition) libraries, tools like Tesseract, OCRopus etc. Experience working with different Voice AI tools like Murf AI, ElevenLab etc. Possess strong technical, analytical, and strong customer engagement skills, comfortable communicating with product owners and ability to manage the end-user expectations. Have a good understanding of ecommerce applications and architecture to assist in troubleshooting Technical aptitude to understand system architecture and follow how the various components talk to one another Must have basic knowledge and experience working with the Aloha Software products or equivalent Point of Sale system Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
