Job Description:- Job Role:- Technical Product Owner Location :- Remote (100%) Contract Overview As a Product Owner, you will oversee the planning, design, implementation, and enhancement of digital and service-based products. Collaborating with key stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams, you will turn business ideas into successful products, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with business strategy. Prioritize features and user stories based on customer value and business impact. Maintain a product roadmap with clear timelines and release plans. Define measurable objectives (OKRs) and ensure they support the product vision. Collaborate with stakeholders to document and align product requirements with business goals. Gather and integrate user and stakeholder feedback into product improvements. Coordinate and manage product releases, ensuring timely and successful launches. Oversee multiple release versions and collaborate with development, design, and cross-functional teams. Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation. Monitor changes to product scope, schedule, and costs. Align project objectives with organizational goals and deliver business value. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on product status and milestones. Report progress to senior management. Implement best practices in product management and ensure high-quality deliverables. Conduct product reviews and advocate for superior user experience through feedback and usability testing. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Product Management, Project Management, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. 5-10+ years of experience in product or project management. Proven experience managing both technical and business-focused products. SaaS experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with user experience design principles. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is a plus. Six Sigma certification is beneficial for process improvement. Strong understanding of product and project management methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Proven ability to manage multiple products and thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and lead teams.
