You will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and intuitive conversational experiences for our customers. By designing compelling conversation scripts, bot responses, and user journeys, you will bring our brand to life through interactive platforms. Responsibilities: Conversation Design: Develop and refine conversation scripts, bot responses, and user journeys for chatbots and voice-enabled devices. User Experience: Create seamless and intuitive user experiences by understanding customer needs and behaviors. Testing and Iteration: Conduct thorough testing of chatbot interactions to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to bring chatbot concepts to life. Analytics: Analyze chatbot performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization. Required Skills and Experience: Conversation Design: Proven experience in designing conversational experiences for chatbots or voice assistants. JavaScript Proficiency: Strong understanding of JavaScript to develop and implement chatbot logic. Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with popular social channels (Slack, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, MS Teams) and their conversational nuances. Storytelling and Audience Understanding: Ability to craft compelling narratives and connect with target audiences. Creativity and Innovation: A strong sense of creativity and the ability to think outside the box. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
