The manager said: The interviews have been horrific. When interviewing candidates, they are unable to speak in detail about their experience or any DevOps implementations. Not 1 candidate was able to speak in length about their DevOps implementation experience. He needs an EXCELLENT communicator who is truly a DevOps engineer and can deep dive on the skill sets on their resume as wel as contributions on DevOps implementations. Please DO NOT send anyone who cannot speak in detail about their resume - The manager is just going to assume they are a fake candidate who beefed up their resume. He is giving us 1 more shot here, if not he will pull Randstad from the SOW. URGENT NEED and exclusive to me/Randstad! He also said MlOps, ML flow is a nice to have but not required. He did say if candidates have it on their resume, he is going to take a deep dive into their experience. ML model development model. DevOps will be setting up the environment, setting up CICD environment for the platform. Devops engineers will be making sure the platform is up and running. Containerized in kubernetes.
