Position Overview:

The Duck Creek
Claims Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and
implementing integration solutions for Duck Creek Claims management systems.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
seamless integration of Duck Creek Claims with other systems and platforms,
enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the claims management
process.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Integration Design and Development
:

o

Design and develop integration solutions for Duck Creek Claims using
industry best practices.

o

Write and maintain integration code, ensuring it
is efficient, scalable, and robust.

o

Utilize APIs, web services, and other
integration technologies to connect Duck Creek Claims with other systems.

2.

Requirements Analysis
:

o

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and
analyze integration requirements.

o

Translate business requirements into technical
specifications and integration designs.

3.

Implementation and Testing
:

o

Implement integration solutions, ensuring they meet the specified
requirements and business objectives.

o

Develop and execute test plans to validate
integration solutions, ensuring they function correctly and meet performance
standards.

o

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
during development, testing, and production phases.

4.

Documentation and Maintenance
:

o

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration
solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user
guides.

o

Monitor and maintain integration solutions,
providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

o

Ensure integration solutions are updated and
compatible with new releases and updates of Duck Creek Claims.

5.

Collaboration and Communication
:

o

Work closely with other developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders
to ensure successful integration projects.

o

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to
stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in
integration development, preferably with Duck Creek Claims or other insurance
software solutions.

Experience with modern integration tools and
platforms is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time
effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to stay updated on the latest trends
and advancements in integration technologies and insurance software.
