The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development with 5 to 8 years of professional experience and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly web applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining various web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness Roles & Responsibilities Develop new user-facing features using React.js and HTML5. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Participate in and lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to other developers. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications. Write and maintain technical documentation. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Other Specifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a React.js Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js). Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus. Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN). Strong proficiency in HTML5, including semantic HTML, and understanding of web accessibility. CSS3 proficiency, including preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
