You will work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure that data models meet the needs of the organization and support effective data management and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement data models that support business processes and data analytics. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into data models. Develop and maintain logical and physical data models, ensuring they align with industry best practices and standards. Optimize and update data models to enhance performance and scalability. Document data models and metadata, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams. Work with database administrators to ensure data models are implemented correctly in database systems. Participate in data governance and data quality initiatives to ensure data integrity and consistency. Provide guidance and support to data analysts and other team members on data modeling best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Modeler or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and techniques (e.g., ERD, normalization, denormalization). Proficiency with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar. Experience with database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
