COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION IS BELOW FOR YOUR REVIEW: Job Title: ServiceNow On-Premises Developer/ Architect Location: NYC, NY/ Dallas, TX- Remote Hire Type: Contract & Fulltime COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION IS BELOW FOR YOUR REVIEW: ServiceNow (On-Premises Instance) Architect Over all 10 + years experience in ServiceNow with minimum 3 on-Prem implementation and support experience for large clients ServiceNow Architect with Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end to end design and implementation Experience in Onprem and cloud architecture design is mandatory Experience in platform fine tuning, upgrades for the On Prem ServiceNow instance is mandatory Experience in custom integrations, platform customizations and Maintenance for the on prem instance management is a mandatory Receive complex input from Product and business stakeholders, translate into requirements, and map them onto ServiceNow functionality. Design and implement process workflows, procedures and technical standards. Design and implement ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low code, in partnership with Product team and other stakeholders. Design, review, and modify ServiceNow patterns as needed. Invent and validate solutions. Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties Provide technical expertise and participate in implementing new ServiceNow functionality. Maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a birds-eye and granular level. Clearly document ServiceNow architecture for use internally. Participate in Agile development. Prefered: Relevant ServiceNow & NERC CIP certifications ServiceNow (On-Premise Instance) Developer Over all 5 + years' experience in ServiceNow with minimum 3 on-Prem implementation and support experience for large clients ServiceNow Developer with Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end to configurations and customizations Experience in On-Prem and cloud architecture Configurations and support is mandatory Experience in platform fine tuning, health checks, upgrades for the On Prem ServiceNow instance is mandatory Experience in custom integrations, platform customizations and Maintenance for the on prem instance management is a mandatory Optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation. Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows. Provide technical guidance on existing workflows for streamlining and improved efficiencies. Identify inefficiencies to ultimately implement areas of automation. Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow. Support the design of custom catalog items, working with business area partners and the Service Management team for implementation.
