Experience and Skills: Must have a minimum of 8+ years of IAM experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in development/operational experience with Okta, including implementation, installation, configuration & administration of various components. Hands on experience integrating applications with Okta SSO/MFA Hands on experience migrating legacy header-based applications to modern authentication standards such as SAML, OIDC and OAuth. Past experience with pushing technical initiatives, team, project or indirect management of security technologies. Able to effectively present SSO concepts to stakeholders with various level of technical understanding. Have knowledge and ability to create OKTA APIs for custom integrations and solutions. Have a solid understanding of identity and access management and security policy concepts, protocols and best practices. Strong understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design and implementations, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models. Strong systems engineering skills with an emphasis on enterprise scale architecture. Experience and advanced knowledge in code repositories Strong background in public cloud offerings (IAM focused) Advanced knowledge of AWS resources Technically proficient with cloudformation and terraform. Ability to troubleshoot complex problems, manage and resolve in a timely manner. Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively. Advanced knowledge of Powershell Strong communication and conceptual skills with desire to share knowledge and cross-train.
