Title: Kronos Consultant Visa: USC & GC Location : Remote Duration : 12+months Position Summary: immediate need for a Kronos Time & Attendance Manager to assist them with the ongoing support and continuous improvement of their HRIS environment. The ideal resource will have 8+ years of Kronos Time & Attendance experience, experience leading Kronos teams, and excellent communication skills. The Time and Attendance part of Kronos is the most important aspect of the role. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Assist client with day-today support of Kronos Time & Attendance environment Analyze system issues/defects and recommend solutions Perform configuration of Kronos platform as needed and engage with technical team for any required back-end development Architect and oversee design of Kronos Test solutions and ensure quality of defect resolution before releasing to production environment Lead Kronos team through continuous improvements/enhancements of environment to ensure stable and scalable solution for future The role will be 70% management and 30% hands-on Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Kronos Time & Attendance 5+ years of experience as Kronos lead for Time & Attendance Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve issues related to Time & Attendance as well as troubleshoot integration related issues to other modules like Payroll, Compensation, etc. Strong architectural understanding of Kronos Time & Attendance as well as ability to identify and resolve integration issues with other 3rd party systems Previous Oracle HCM experience (HCM Cloud preferred) Kronos Dimensions experience preferred, not required Best Regards Rohit Singh US Technical Recruiter |Vyze Inc.
