Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CBDA, CPRE, BPA, AAC. Job Summary: The Senior Business Systems Analyst will support the Inmate Tracking System (ITS) and Inmate Records Information System (IRIS) projects by understanding business requirements, developing interfaces, and ensuring smooth implementation. The role requires experience in the Public, Safety, and Justice sector, with strong skills in business analysis, project management, and technical security. Key Responsibilities: Understand the scope and requirements of the ITS and IRIS projects. Collaborate with teams to develop specifications and interface design documents. Implement multifactor authentication, active directory integration, and single sign-on for ITS. Complete tasks related to operational readiness, user training, and interface testing. Provide support for system validation and business analysis documentation. Mentor junior business analysts and support knowledge transfer to County resources. Required Skills & Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst on large projects. Experience in the Public, Safety, and Justice domain. Strong business analysis and project management skills. Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, Excel, and Power BI. Knowledge of system integration, data migration, and technical security.
