Position Title: ServiceNow Developer

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote

UPDATED: About the Role:

Client is looking for ServiceNow developer Case management. In this role, the person will be responsible for application development and support on a day-to-day basis. Bright seasoned individual with a get it done mentality and ability to coach others. Has deep understanding and passion about technology. Experience on ServiceNow- Workday Integration with Workday will be added advantage.

Experience in the implementation of the HR ServiceNow case management

Support HR ServiceNow Case-management Implementation as part of employee experience

Partner with ServiceNow HR Product owners, HR Business Users along with IT Applications team in delivering global employee experience.

Implementing solutions that ensure security, integrity, scalability and consistency of critical user data.

Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment and lead teams

Supporting ServiceNow HR applications and Integrations with third party applications and data sources.

Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus and Reports

Support existing Integration ServiceNow with other tools such as Workday, Active Directory and Okta

Experience in web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)

Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML

Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow

Coordinate application and platform upgrades

Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards

Experience & Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams and manage stakeholders globally across multiple project initiatives.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.

Previous experience in ServiceNow HRSD

Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills. Passion for software development

Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies:

ServiceNow APIs and Integration: Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs and integration methods, including RESTful web services, SOAP, or MID Server, to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.

ServiceNow Platform Administration: Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, including system configurations, user management, security controls, and managing ServiceNow updates and patches.

ServiceNow Workflow Automation: Understanding of ServiceNow workflow automation capabilities, including designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows for various business processes.

ServiceNow Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting tools and techniques, including creating custom reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.

ServiceNow Portal Development: Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow Service Portal, including building UI components, configuring widgets, and implementing user-friendly interfaces.
