Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer

Why This is an Exciting Role:

As a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible for:
Analyze user requirements and derive software design and performance specifications.
Debug existing software, correct defects, and improve documentation and processes.
Design, code, and modify software, integrating it into new or modified systems.
Develop data queries and write or review documentation.
Lead software development teams, ensuring project constraints are met.
Develop algorithms, assist with test procedures, and analyze system performance.
Modify software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance.
Perform quality control and implement process improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with system and hardware engineers to derive requirements and ensure operational specifications.

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Eleven (11) years total of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelor s degree.

Experience with consuming and writing web services
Experience with generating technical documentation
Experience working in an Agile software development environment (3-week Sprints)
Experience managing software code using Git & MAVEN
Experience using with Jira and Confluence

Telework Availability: Hybrid model approved; Maximum sixteen hours per week

Work Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$130,000 - $176,000
