Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions in an Agile methodology. Utilize Jira for task management, issue tracking, and project coordination. Leverage experience in ServiceNow to integrate with other enterprise systems and support IT service management processes.
