Mentors other Scrum Masters. Scrum Team Support Is knowledgeable in scaling agile and can assist large complex platforms and products in adopting agile principles and practices. Is a teacher, coach, mentor, facilitator, and change agent. Demonstrates an ability to influence agility with those interacting with the Agile team, including direct management. Guides the Scrum Team's focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done. Removes impediments to the Scrum Team's progress. Ensures that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. Shields the team from external influences. Guides the team on how to use agile values, agile principles, and agile framework practices to delight customers and contribute towards building a culture of trust, respect, simplicity, courage, transparency, and agility. Helps find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management. Helps the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items. Helps establish empirical product planning for a complex environment. Assesses the agile health of the team and coach them to higher levels of fluency at a sustainable pace for the team and department.
