Job Description: Tech Stack: Open-source technologies, .Net , API Dev, ReactJS, Node.JS, Ext.JS 15+ Years of Experience in Systems Development with digital technologies Resource should have solution architecture experience 5+ Years Applications Design and Architecture We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect specializing in open systems to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive solutions that align with our business objectives and leverage industry best practices. Your primary focus will be on creating robust, scalable, and high-performance system designs while ensuring reliability and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Develop end-to-end architectural solutions that encompass all aspects of open systems, including software, hardware, networking, and security. Ensure designs meet scalability, performance, and reliability requirements. Design Principles: Apply architectural design principles, patterns, and best practices to create optimal solutions that balance functional and non-functional requirements. KPI Adherence: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure solutions meet established performance benchmarks and reliability standards such as SLA,SLI and SLO Collaboration: Interface with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partner organizations to negotiate requirements, resolve design issues, and align system designs with business goals. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor team members on architectural best practices and methodologies. Documentation: Create comprehensive design documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans. Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to open systems architecture. Evaluate new technologies for potential integration into existing or future systems. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed designs. Develop mitigation strategies to address risks and ensure system stability. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on open systems architecture. In-depth knowledge of open systems technologies, including but not limited to cloud computing, microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and API design. Resource should have 12+ Years of experience Strong understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and reliability engineering principles. Experience in designing solutions that meet high availability and fault-tolerance requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in creating architectural diagrams and documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
