Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies. Preferred skills and qualifications General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
