| From: Vaibhav Panchbhaiya, 3B Staffing [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Project Manager (Social Services) Location: MN Onsite or Hybrid Duration: Long term contract Key Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities : Understands the Project drivers and expected business outcomes. Performs stakeholder management. Manages the efforts and collaborates with assigned Ramsey County, Hennepin County, and St of MN resources in the impact assessment, project plan, implementation, and evaluation of the legislative program. Facilitates the day-to-day aspects of project schedule, budget, scope, and quality. Directs the activities of project resources. Coordinates end-user training with the St of MN DHS intern. Develops communication plan. Logs and follows through to disposition project-related risks, action items, issues, and decisions. Performs risk management; escalates issues and risks as needed. Provides complete transparency to project performance. Controls scope to achieve value within the approved time and cost; recommends timely corrective actions. Monitors progress and reports project status including budget tracking. Collaboratively develop a transition plan prior to end of engagement. Other duties as assigned Assist in the maintenance and improvement of existing applications, ensuring optimal performance. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on ticket status. Required Skills and Qualifications: Mandatory Qualifications: B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) (or Associates degree plus an additional 5 years experience) 3+ years experience with implementation of social services initiatives Demonstrated competency in project management practices and processes Demonstrated ability to connect and build relationships within diverse, service recipient populations LOCAL to the Twin Cities metro area. PMP certification from PMI, or other Project management certification. Preferred Qualifications: Desired Qualifications: Experience managing culturally-specific projects in state, county, or city governments or in the non-profit sector Understanding and knowledge of community programs and social services agencies in the Twin Cities metro area Note: Diverse and bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
