Develop and maintain applications using Node.js ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Implement conversational AI solutions using Google Dialog Flow ES and CX. Integrate Google CCAI Platform to enhance customer interactions and support. Utilize Google Agent Assist to provide real-time assistance and improve customer service efficiency. Leverage Google Insights to analyze data and drive informed decision-making. Develop Info Bots using Google Info Bot to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
