| From: Mayank Mer, Pivotal [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] " Need local to MA only || Finance Background " Title: Data Quality Assurance Analyst - Factsheet Generation Location: 888 Boylston Ave, Boston, MA 02199 (Prudential Center) Visa : No H1/OPT Interview Process: 2 Rounds Project: they are in the process to automate their marketing materials (factsheets, pitchbooks, etc.). Seismic will have their portion done by mid-October and then they want to have the automation piece done by EOY so that materials can go live to their customers by January. Must have: QA experience 6+ years of experience Marketing material generation (Factsheets, Pitchbooks) Financial services experience Factsheet generation tool like Seismic Livedocs or similar Day to day: Validating data sources Ensuring data put onto marketing materials is accurate Most if not all manual testing but a plus is someone who has automation testing experience that can bring that into the team as well Must haves: Financial industry experience and marketing material generation 6+ years as a QA Analyst in the financial industry SQL, Jira Pluses: Automation testing there is no automation tools they are limited to in this space Must be local onsite from day 1 1-2 days per week Major Responsibilities As part of a team, responsible for Testing, QA and validation of all data movement and consumers presenting data correctly. This will include both qualitative data and numeric data validations and testing. Work closely with business and development team to test every change and periodic testing of documents prior to Quarterly generation of marketing material. Document and produce test cases, scripts and test results Troubleshoot data issues and perform analysis to traceback to furthest upstream original data source Automation of Testing where applicable Follow Change Management processes if the requirements change after the sign-off Participate in daily scrum meetings, log bugs with adequate details Experience/Skills Required 6+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst working closely with Marketing material generation (Factsheets, Pitchbooks) systems for Financial Services or similar experience Previous experience of working closely with Product teams Good understanding of Financial terms used for Financial Services Factsheet generation Good communicator working directly with the business and able to handle client expectations Experience with and proponent for change management processes Dedicated work ethic and is proactive in solving business and technical issues Experience with a Factsheet generation tool like Seismic Livedocs or similar Experience with Data Feeds, Automated jobs, Informatica cloud is a plus Intermediate experience with SQL, relational database management systems, and data analysis Experience using Project management and agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps Experience/Skills Preferred Understanding of all stages of agile development and deployment Experience practicing SCRUM (daily stand-up) and using concepts like burn down, capacity planning, sprint planning.
