In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our in-house software applications, ensuring high-quality code, and mentoring other developers. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to Agile processes, and help drive business outcomes through effective software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software using NodeJS, React JS, JavaScript, and Azure. Participate in Agile teams, contribute to peer code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot, test, and resolve software issues. Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to meet project goals. Document technical processes and create user guides or training materials. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on best practices. Report progress and outcomes to the team and leadership. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development. Proficiency in NodeJS, React JS, JavaScript, and experience with Azure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in an Agile development environment. Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering. Experience leading or mentoring other developers. Familiarity with business processes related to software development. Experience working with third-party application developers.
