The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and the ability to drive best practices in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements. Develop technical architecture documents and design specifications for ServiceNow implementations and customizations. Implementation and Development: Oversee the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery. Collaborate with development teams to create and deploy custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. Leadership and Strategy: Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and execute strategies for ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization. Best Practices and Governance: Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for ServiceNow development and administration. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and industry regulations. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are required. Proven experience (5+ years) as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role, with a strong background in ServiceNow platform design and implementation. In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery modules. Experience with ServiceNow integrations, custom application development, and scripting (JavaScript, REST, SOAP). Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud technologies and platforms. Knowledge of other IT service management tools and platforms. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
