Understand Electrical control system System/Power & Control Distribution unit Design Specifications/requirements Power/Control architecture design by system and sub system level Review of System/Sub system level design, (Schematic/Layout) & Test plans Work with Engineers to debug/resolve/isolate issues Module level Design on End station, Selection of components, AC & DC Harness design. Familiar with Vacuum components, Servomotors, Capacitive & Inductive sensors, Fiber optic communication, Shielding of cables, Cable & wire selection. Having familiar SEMI Domain Knowledge Ability to drive System level /Sub system level design execution independently Should be able to technically guide the team on Power system design projects overseeing Schematic design, Panel Layout Design, OEM components selection, cable harness design, Quality check of all drawing/documents Should be able to work with cross functional teams like Mechanical design, Application SW and Manufacturing teams. Should be able to factor Power Distribution Unit design requirements from a system level specification. Should be familiar with the complete component Product development life cycle.
