| ORACLE ERP EBS and ORACLE CLOUD (GL and Financial Consolidation for Real and Budget) location: NYC/Hybrid Position Title: Junior IT Project Consultant Business Partner Corporate Systems: Participate in the strategy and execution of information technology projects for the BackOffice areas . Ensuring alignment with the objectives of the Vice Presidency of Technology, as well as continuous improvement in BackOffice processes through innovative technological solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in the design and supervision of the implementation strategy of systems for BackOffice that respond to the needs of the United States. Be part of the multidisciplinary team that guarantees the integration and optimization of technological solutions with TelevisaUnivision's BackOffice processes. Collaborate in the design of the work plan with a sufficient level of detail, in such a way as to allow the correct supervision of the activities for the implementation of BackOffice systems. Collaborate in the supervision of compliance with quality standards, budgets and deadlines in projects. Translate user needs into requirements for the implementation of technological solutions. Ensuring that the solution is aligned with the strategy and objectives of the BackOffice management. Foster an environment of continuous improvement and adoption of tools and technologies for BackOffice. Analyze existing information technologies in the market and their trends in order to generate growth alternatives in the areas of BackOffice for the company. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and senior management, reporting on the progress and results of projects. High sensitivity in the attention to risks that allow timely and efficient escalations to avoid deviations during the execution of projects. Requirements: University degree in Information Technology or related Preferably specialization in finance, business administration or related. At least 4 years of experience in IT project implementation, with a significant focus on systems for BackOffice. Advanced knowledge in solutions for Treasury, ORACLE ERP EBS and ORACLE CLOUD (GL and Financial Consolidation for Real and Budget), as well as other technologies applicable to the BackOffice. Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management at the management level. Outstanding skills in leadership, negotiation and communication. Advanced Spanish and native English. Desirable Competencies: Strategic vision to align technology initiatives with financial and corporate objectives. Ability to inspire, motivate and develop talent within work teams. Experience in digital transformation within the field of BackOffice.
