Need an individual who proactive / seeks out opportunities to assist the team. Experience collaborating with stakeholders (Technical Leaders, Application Owners, Product Owners, etc.) to document detailed business and technical requirements. Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. Strong documentation skills with emphasis on project documentation: data models, process flows, test plans, and other documentation to support project goals. Analytical thinker with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Clear and effective communicator with experience presenting findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and ensure successful project delivery. Ability to provide testing and training support to end-users.
