Job Description - Sr Power Platform Developer Location: (Hybrid) Richmond, VA Candidate must be able to work onsite 2-3 days/week or as needed The successful candidate should have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions. Primary responsibilities include: Configure Dataverse Create and configure Power Apps\\\\Power Automation (both Canvas and Model-driven Apps) Configure business process automation Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions Programming experience using .NET, SQL , Azure, and C# Understand the business and its challenges, functionally map a solution to the identified use cases and then develop an APP using Power Platform Experience with API or rest services integrations with an understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources Certifications in PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer Participate in code reviews Enforce standards and best practices Troubleshoot Power Platform issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes. Create design solutions and document for common use case scenarios Preferred Experience with Devops in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator) Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage. Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs. Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platforms use Participate in Agile SDLC Required Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Exp You Have IT experience as a Senior Developer /Technical Lead Required 8 Years Experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services Required 5 Years Experience in designing, implementing and migrating solutions utilizing Power Platform, including all : Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (Flow), Required 3 Years Experience using Power scripting Required 4 Years Custom Development experience using .Net, JavaScript and C# Required 5 Years Experience using standard & premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate Required 3 Years Experience with MS Access and VBA to understand and redesign Power Apps Required 3 Years Developing Azure logic apps and functions providing support for Power Automate Required 3 Years Devops in Power Platform Desired 2 Years Regards, Roshan Singh Yadav Trainee Recruiter TEK Inspirations LLC | 13573 Tabasco Cat Trail, Frisco, TX 75035.
