You will provide insights to optimize performance, improve quality outcomes, and enhance reimbursement strategies. **Responsibilities:** 1. Analyze and interpret healthcare data related to quality measures, Star ratings, and risk adjustment reports. 2. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including healthcare providers, actuaries, and policy analysts to drive strategic initiatives. 4. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in healthcare delivery and reimbursement. 5. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as CMS guidelines. 6. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting Medicare value-based programs. 7. Provide support for ad hoc data requests and special projects as needed. **Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 2. Proven experience working in healthcare analytics, with a focus on Medicare value-based programs. 3. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R and PowerBI 4. Expertise in healthcare quality measures, Star ratings methodology, and risk adjustment models. 5. Experience with healthcare data sources such as claims data, electronic health records (EHR), and administrative databases. 6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 7. Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 8. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. 9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 10. Knowledge of healthcare policy, regulations, and payment models related to Medicare Advantage and other value-based programs is a plus.
