They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team. Functional experience using e-business software products such as KRONOS WORKFORCE CENTRAL/TELESTAFF that includes product configuration, requirements gathering, and developing training materials. 3+ years of experience in KRONOS WORKFORCE CENTRAL/TELESTAFF development. 3+ years of experience in leading and managing projects. Strong understanding of KRONOS WORKFORCE CENTRAL/TELESTAFF technology. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to have skills: Preferred: Master's degree in computer science or a related field. Experience in working with third-party systems. Experience in cloud-based ERP deployments. 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM integration and development. 5+ years of experience in leading and managing projects. Familiarity with public transit operations and environment.
