Job Role : AI Practice Lead Location : NewJersey ( Onsite In Person Interview ) Position Overview The Al Practice Lead is responsible for developing and executing the company's Al strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving At initiatives and engagements across the organization. The individual needs to collaborate with Nous leadership and practice teams to support customers in inading Al initiatives and launch successful production Al systems. Key Responsibilities: Al Strategy Development Define and articulate the Al vision and strategy in alignment with the compeny's overall business goals Develop and maintain a roadmap of Al initiatives, prioritizing projects based on business impact and feasibility Act as an Al evangelist within the organization, promoting the benefits and potential of Al technologies within the organization and with customers Identify opportunities to apply Al technologies to solve business problems and drive value Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage Al for innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage Business Growth Understand the current Al market trends, emerging technologies, and potential areas where Al can add value for customers Analize, competitors Al strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation. Partner with customers and industry leaders to co-develop Al solutions that address specific industry challenges. Offer customized Al solutions tailored to the unique needs of different customer segments. Provide technical guidance and support to the global teams, ensuring high standards of work and the effective implementation of Al solutions at scale and speed. Al Governance and Ecosystem Development Develop and enforce policies and standards for the ethical use of Al within the organization. Develop Al Partnership Ecosystem for new solutions Actively develop differentiated Al Solutions for customers and prospects Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to Al and data privacy. Promote responsible Al practices, including transparency, fairness, and accountability Experience Minimum of 15 years of experience in Al, data science, or a related field. Proven track record of leading Al initiatives and launch successful ready production Al systems for customers Extensive experience with Al technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision Strong strategic thinking and business scumen. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex Al concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Hands on experience in programming languages and Al frameworks (eg, Python, Tensorflow, pytorch) Education: Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
