| Job Role: SAP SD OTC Lead Consultant Location: Carlsbad, CA or Remote-(Need to travel when needed) Duration: 12+ Months Only USC Job Description: We are looking for someone who can be in a functional business owner / workstream lead role for O2C as opposed to a project manager/lead or integration/configuration expert. They should be able to work with other Viasat business owners/leads and represent O2C to get the optimum solutions designed and implemented to meet business requirements. SAP S4/HANA expertise is required. As an SAP SD Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, enhancement, and support of the SAP Sales and Distribution module. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, managing a team of SAP SD professionals, and ensuring the successful delivery of SD projects. The goal is to optimize sales processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization's business operations. Key Responsibilities: SAP SD Implementation and Enhancement: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SD module, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system, and overseeing testing. Collaborate with other SAP module leads to ensure seamless integration with modules such as SAP MM, SAP WM, and SAP FI/CO. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of SAP SD consultants and analysts. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Business Process Optimization: Analyze existing sales and distribution processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into SAP SD solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Oversee the design and implementation of SAP SD functionalities related to customer order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery. Ensure a seamless customer experience and timely order fulfillment. Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP SD settings to align with business processes, including pricing procedures, order types, and delivery processes. Customize SAP SD functionalities as needed to meet specific business requirements. User Training: Develop and deliver SAP SD training programs for end users. Ensure that end users are proficient in utilizing SAP SD functionalities to perform their tasks. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for SAP SD system issues, incidents, and change requests. Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations, processes, and procedures. Ensure that all changes to the SAP SD system are properly documented. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SD modules. Strong knowledge of sales and distribution processes, pricing, and order fulfillment. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical abilities. Project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
