| From: Deepak Thakur, Largeton Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job DescriptionWorkday HCM certification is a MUST .Role: Workday Analyst/ConsultantClient: SBA Communications Duration: 6 Months Location: Boca Raton, FL Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)Visa: GC/USC MOI: Video first then F2F Description: This is a valuable opportunity to work with a new client,, who urgently requires assistance in configuring their Workday system, which was implemented about 9 months ago, and providing training on these configurations. While a local candidate who can work in the office a few days per week is preferred, they are also open to a remote option, which might be ideal given the need for a true Workday SME. The primary Workday modules/functions that the successful candidate needs to be strong in and assist with configurations and reporting include: Talent Management Learning Management Benefits Recruiting Payroll The selected candidate will work closely with the Director of HRIS who is not technical and has no Workday experience. Additionally, they will collaborate with the current analyst who has been supporting Workday but is not an expert. A key aspect of this role is "partnering" with this individual, so the right candidate must be personable and willing to provide support in any way possible. Primary Responsibilities: Manage and optimize HR processes within the HCM system to enhance efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. Utilize advanced analytics tools to conduct in-depth analysis of HCM data, focusing on deriving actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand their HCM analytical needs and requirements. Identify and troubleshoot issues within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including researching and resolving system-related problems, errors, and discrepancies. Maintain data integrity within the HCM system, ensuring accurate employee records, organizational hierarchies, and other relevant data. Create test scenarios and perform tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals. Manage the technical aspects of the global Learning Management System (LMS). Review data feeds, troubleshoot, and correct any anomalies that may prevent the assignment of new hire training and other downstream processes. Utilize the LMS to deploy policy acknowledgments and compliance training events, such as Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) training. Create and distribute reports to ensure compliance and training goals are met. Partner with Talent Development regarding the companys compliance process, coordinating live FCPA compliance training events annually. Create training to support existing system functionality and onboard new HR end-users. Analyze critical HR data, metrics, and statistics, and create meaningful visualizations to help HR teams understand trends. Stay abreast of current HRIS/HCM trends and may manage additional programs as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and training. 3-5 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on Workday is required. Demonstrated experience in core HCM configurations and reporting is a must. Workday HCM certification is a MUST . Previous experience supporting users of Workday HCM is required.
