Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions using Oracle HCM or Peoplesoft HCM applications. Develop customizations using PeopleCode, Process Scheduler, and other tools to meet client needs. Troubleshoot issues related to application engineering, including data migration and integration with other systems. Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project plans, resources, and stakeholders effectively. Job Requirements : Strong understanding of core HR processes and ability to apply them in an enterprise environment. Proficiency in at least one of the following: Oracle HCM or Peoplesoft HCM platforms; PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS; Workday; PeopleTools.
