| Job Title: Senior Data Base Tester Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 12+ months Contract: Corp to Corp Type of position: Remote Job description: Note: Candidate should have strong Database Testing experience along with Supply chain domain knowledge and Transportation management and pricing. Senior QA at Onsite having at least 7 years experience in DB Tester with Transportation management and pricing. Lead and Mentor: Guide the QA team in best practices, methodologies, and processes. Functional Testing: Conduct thorough functional tests to ensure software meets the defined requirements. Database Testing: Verify the integrity and validity of data in relational databases and ensure seamless data flow across systems. Experience in strong back-end calculation Domain knowledge: Strong experience in Transportation management and pricing Test Strategy and Planning: Develop test plans, strategies, and procedures for various modules and functionalities. Bug Reporting Tracking: Log defects in a detailed, coherent manner and collaborate closely with the development team for their timely resolution. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest in testing tools, methodologies, and best practices and implements them. Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
