Project involves deployment of a new core claim processing system and medical management system. Role Summary: Drives the payer enrollment and billing product vision by being the voice of the customer and ensuring the timely management of dependencies and delivery of product features. Understands the enrollment and billing operational lifecycle and applicable regulations across Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial lines of business. Collaborates with the health insurance client team and HealthEdge to build and refine the product backlog and shape the product roadmap. Validates and test ideas with client enrollment and billing stakeholders through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. This role requires the candidate to work EST hours.
