The consultant will be required to travel to Omaha, NE when client needs them onsite. Currently our team travels alternate weeks to Omaha, NE. Each time the travel would be - Monday fly out to Omaha, NE and Thursday fly back home. The frequency of travel could go up to 3 weeks a month. I can entertain only those consultants who are willing to travel Visa-Any Visa Except Duration-6 months Responsibilities Provide leadership of daily operations for SAP BASIS activities, including oversight and accountability for relevant global incident/event/request queues, advanced people management of direct and indirect reports within the team. Including all PMP processes. Deploy and maintain SAP landscapes, including installations, upgrades, hardware sizing, and landscape design Drive S/4HANA conversion or technical upgrades using Industry standard methodologies Collaborate with multi-functional teams on solution design Provide oversight and governance for projects, execute project plans, provide project estimates and landscape recommendations. Analyze, design, propose, and deliver SAP Technical Architecture Solutions on public cloud Work in a fast-paced environment and cooperate with various project teams, including production support teams located off premise Facilitate workshops and design discussions, foster agreement, and document project outcomes Solve complex issues to ensure efficient system performance Work with various combinations of OS and DB platforms, including SAP HANA Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. Minimum of 2 full lifecycle S/4 Migration experience Experience working in Brownfield migration Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Ariba, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Extensive experience as an SAP Basis Administrator At least 2 E2E SAP S4HANA implementation experience with SAP Rise. Proficiency in SAP system installations, upgrades, and patch management. SAP certification(s) preferred. Proficiency in SAP system installations, upgrades, and patch management. Strong SAP technical background in S4/HANA, Fiori, BTP, and other SAP components Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with SAP backup and recovery solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
