Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, including hands-on experience with tools such asAzure DevOps,Jenkins,GitLab CI/CD, MSBUILD, Sonar or others. Hands-on expertise with version control systems (GIT)and branching strategies. Ability to work closely with development teams, understanding their requirements and aligning pipeline processes. Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between development, operations, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) toolslike Terraform, Azure Bicep, and scripting using Power. Solid grasp of Agile methodologiesand their application in release management. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teamstoward task completion. Proactive identification and resolution of pipeline issues.
