The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IBM FileNet and its components, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing complex FileNet solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. Responsibilities: FileNet Architecture and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement robust FileNet solutions aligned with business requirements. Manage, install, and upgrade FileNet systems in an on-premises environment. Configure and optimize FileNet components, including taxonomy, document classes, and repositories. Implement and manage FileNet security measures to protect sensitive information. Integration and Automation: Integrate FileNet with third-party applications and systems (e.g., IronMountain, Crown, Box) using standard connectors. Leverage DataCap and OCR capabilities for efficient document processing. Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline document management processes. Customize disposition processes to meet specific business needs. API Development and Integration: Develop and maintain FileNet APIs to enable integration with other systems. Expose FileNet functionalities through APIs for consumption by external applications. AI and Innovation: Explore and implement AI/GenAI capabilities within the FileNet environment to enhance document management processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy through AI-driven solutions. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve FileNet-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of IBM FileNet: Strong understanding of FileNet architecture, components, and functionalities. ICN Expertise: Experience with ICN and building custom user interfaces. Security: Proficiency in configuring and managing FileNet security levels (document, doc class, practice groups, etc.). IER Mastery: Expertise in implementing and utilizing Information Event Recorder (IER). Integration Skills: Proven ability to integrate FileNet with third-party systems and applications. Data Management: Knowledge of data capture, OCR, and retention plan management. Workflow Automation: Experience in designing and implementing FileNet workflows. API Development: Strong proficiency in developing and consuming FileNet APIs. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with custom feature development for FileNet. Knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts and applications in document management. Experience in a document management-focused role.
