The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. Technical Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge and working experience in building Golang based data/API/data pipeline systems. Experienced with database systems (SQL/No-SQL) and cloud computing (desirable). An understanding of microservices and API design (desirable). An understanding of CI/CD, DevOps tools (like Jenkins, Docker, etc.) & related best practices. (desirable) Exposure to security concepts / best practices Familiarity with SQL and writing queries used for front-end and/or data-intensive applications. Exposure to Source control like GIT Understanding of Agile methodologies Process Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process Develop and peer review (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews) Behavioral Skills : Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
