| Hi We are looking Open Shift Cluster Platform (OCP) Consultant Location : Remote Long term contract 8+ years OpenShift Enterprise implementation and support. Must have experience with cluster maintenance and administration on OpenShift and Docker / Kubernetes . Understanding Red Hat Enterprise Linux ( RHEL ). Configure and deploy OpenShift Enterprise master hosts and node hosts. Deploy the OpenShift Enterprise Authentication . Development and Maintenance in operational condition of Kubernetes Orchestral Container Platforms ( Infra Docker and OpenShift ). Identification and management of action plans aiming to optimise consumption, cost, evolution of clusters and the environment. Assistance to applications in change, migrations and assistance to build their images and develop their application topology . Troubleshoot and do RCA for cluster related issues. Assist development team as necessary to resolve issues related. Monitor system events to ensure health, maximum system availability and service quality . Knowledge, skills and abilities to manage container image repositories in support of Linux Containers . Knowledge, skills and abilities to automate the creation of Platform as a Services ( PaaS) infrastructure using industry standard tools such as Terraform , Ansible and Chef . Implementation of adequate monitoring and alerting on the platforms. Resolution of incidents affecting the OpenShift API and Platform. Should have Basic Knowledge about CI/CD process . Requirements: Experience working with Linux , or Unix operating systems . Experience working with hosted applications , or large scale application deployments. Experience with Docker , Kubernetes and OpenShift . Must have any scripting knowledge ( Shell , Python etc. ) Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with customers, third party vendors and Red Hat Associates. Knowledge of support systems and tools is considered an advantage.
