Client : Gordon Food Service Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Appian platform. Create user interfaces, workflows, integrations, and data models. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the solutions meet business needs. Configuration & Customization: Customize and configure Appian applications to align with business processes and requirements. Implement best practices for process automation and user experience. Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, debugging, and validation of applications. Support deployment processes and ensure smooth transitions from development to production environments. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed applications, processes, and integrations. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for existing applications, addressing issues, and implementing enhancements as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver solutions on time and within scope. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Appian development, including hands-on experience with Appians features and capabilities. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Appian design and development, including Appian Designer, Expression Rules, Interfaces, and Process Models. Familiarity with Appian RPA and integration capabilities is a plus. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in Appian are a plus. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other BPM or low-code platforms. Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database management systems. Understanding of agile development methodologies.
