This role will drive the adoption of Scrum and various other agile methodologies to focus on value, flow, quality, predictability, modern engineering practices, and driving continuous improvement of their teams as well as work with other Agile coaches and Scrum Masters within your area. You will also facilitate team productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team. What will make you successful: Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver customer solutions. Ability to coach teams towards improving software development and deployment via CI/CD pipelines. Leadership and management experience. Excellent people communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong desire for transparency, visibility and use of data, evidence, and metrics. Certifications/Experience: CSM, prefer CSP-SM or PSM I, prefer PSM II Working experience and/or certification on Kanban is a plus Working or familiarity with Spotify model is a plus Working experience in SAFe is a plus Prior Agile Coaching, Project and Program management roles is a plus Tool Proficiency: Working experience in Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Outlook and other MS products Working experience on collaboration tools such as Mural, Mentimeter and Slido Helpful: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred Certified Scrum Master or relevant Agile-related certifications 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role Technical background Delivery experience Working in regulated environments Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment microsoft Agile Coach || Manassas VA || Hybrid || Local || USC GC GC EAD [email protected] |
