My name is Pranjali and I'm technical recruiter at Technocraft solutions. We provide IT Consulting Services to our customers immediate and long-term resource needs. Position:

Workday HCM PM/ Workday Financials PM

Duration of Assignment:
6 month contract (conversion or extension)

Job/Location: Onsite in
Charlotte in NC

Responsibilities

Set project timelines and monitor project deliverables

Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

Proven experience as a Project Manager, or Assistant Project Manager specifically with Workday implementations.

Strong understanding of Workday modules, including Finance or HCM, Payroll, Learning Management, and Talent.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Manage resources, scope, and timelines; identify potential risks and propose solutions; provide thorough and timely communication

Be resourceful, simplify where possible, and deliver with confidence

Continually assess action items, risks and issue logs; facilitate meetings across cross-functional project team and stakeholders

Prepare and deliver reporting and escalate concerns in a timely manner and initiate correction action(s) when necessary.

Participate and record requirements gathering sessions; understand product enhancements and configuration change requests to incorporate into project plan and roadmap

Communicate task and deadline expectations to allocated resources so they are properly aligned when needed to keep project on track. Oversee task execution by project team and monitor project progress. Identify delayed tasks that have downstream impact to other tasks in the project plan to recommend ways to reprioritize or reallocate resources

Track testing requirements to completion with proper documentation for signoff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Strong business acumen in project planning and management

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
