Ensure that features of ZIA and ZPA are enhanced according to security standards. Qualifications Technical Knowledge Proficient in ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX. Experienced in configuring GRE and IPsec tunnels in Zscaler. Hands-on experience troubleshooting common issues in ZIA and ZPA. Familiarity with app profiles and PAC files. Operational Requirements Ability to work on a 24x7 rotational shift. Capable of managing and troubleshooting issues in a high-availability environment. Additional Notes Regularly review release notes and stay updated with Zscalers latest features and best practices. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment of updates.
