Product Configuration Job Overview: We are looking for Product Configuration Analyst candidate will support product programs by managing component and BOM creation. Must have Consumer Electronics Domain with Electro-Mechanical products. Should be able to create, and release Bills of Material based on input from Engineering. Must be experienced in Plastics. Sheet metal casting & Machining parts/Assembly design. Good at initiating and managing ECOS. MCOs Deviations and Stop Ships. Education: Bachelor's in Engineering required with 6 to 8 years as Product Configuration Analyst. Job Responsibilities: Support Reality Labs product projects from pre-concept through obsolescence. Create and release manufacturers, manufacturer and vendor parts, internal part numbers in the PLM system. Collect dat, interpret drawings, specifications and other data sources. Create and release Bills of Material based on input from Engineering. Project Management and Manufacturing to support NPI and production product releases. Initiate and manage ECOS, MCOs. Deviations and Stop Ships. Communicate Engineering BOM requirements between Supply Chain and Production to facilitate material planning, order fulfillment and execution. Manage and organize complex projects and priorities, solve problems that impact release progress and provide detailed information to assfunctional teams. End user support and problem resolution. Mandatory Skills: ANSI/EIA-649 or CMII. Experience with Mechanical CAD and ERP systems. Professional experience and proven record of accomplishment of managing tram members working with various staks, ballets (Engineering and business teams (Product Manager)), leading innovation and customization and cosifigucating the new requirements in this new product category in AR/VR Devices. Managing Engineering design/documentation releases. Good interpersonal skills working with various staka, bolsters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
