Responsibilities: Identify and analyze user requirements to generate stories and tasks for team backlog Prioritize and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle Write well-designed, efficient code (Java, Python) Review, test and debug team members code Design database architectures as required Create custom NLP algorithms and annotators to evaluate medical record data Create custom tools to enable analysts to perform data research Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience with Java Minimum of 1 years experience using Agile development methodologies. Minimum of 2 years experience using the Spring framework. Minimum of 3 years experience using Natural Language Processing tools. Minimum of 1 years experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Experience with Machine Learning, Language Modeling and Python is a plus. Experience with common development tools such as Maven and Jenkins Skills & Experience: Building reusable components and back-end libraries for future use Optimizing components for maximum performance across a large, distributed system.
