Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow AI/PI implementor. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM), and other relevant certifications. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Predictive Intelligence. Experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Python, R, etc. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and integration methodologies (REST, SOAP, etc.). Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus among stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, P) and their integration with ServiceNow. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines. Experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions for large enterprises.
