Share the resume with their availability Lead Developer / Senior Software Engineer Position Summary: The Tech Lead for Services Development will be actively involved in guiding the direction, development, and delivery of software solutions that align with business needs. In this role, the Tech Lead will carry out analysis, design, and development tasks essential for delivering critical business solutions. This position will also be responsible for establishing estimates and work plans for design, development, implementation, and rollout activities. The Tech Lead for Services will ensure that all assignments are communicated effectively with the appropriate teams and delivered with the highest quality, adhering to established standards. The role involves enhancing an existing application that serves as the primary source of quality specifications for fresh food. Minimum Position Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Java coding. 7+ years of experience in developing RESTful APIs. 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and releasing APIs. 5+ years of experience in overseeing developer output to ensure adherence to design standards and best practices. 5+ years of experience mentoring other developers. 4+ years of experience with continuous integration and automated testing integration. Strong knowledge of SQL. Proficient in using code versioning tools such as Git and GitHub SaaS. Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proven communication skills to clearly convey information to team members. Experience in developing services on cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure. Extensive experience with the Spring Framework, including Persistence, REST, Messaging, and Integrations such as Spring Boot. Deep understanding of core Spring features such as Dependency Injection, Aspect-Oriented Programming, and Spring Security. Extensive knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Proven experience with Docker or similar technologies, GIT, CI/CD, and writing unit/integration tests. Skills / Experience That Are a Plus: Experience with Azure is highly desirable.
