Job responsibilities Participate in all the phases of SDLC, such as functional analysis, development, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support Build new features into the product and upgrade the existing ones regularly Integrate the product with third-party APIs Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the product Minimum requirements Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience) Overall 7 + years experience with 3+ years of experience as a SaaS developer, Azure devops Proficiency with both server-side and client-side development and related technologies such as Python, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, etc. Experience in understanding Azure Service Bus and Azure Integrations Services Working knowledge of database design and management Preferred skills Experience with any SaaS systems that are used by a large number of customers Proven experience and expertise in implementing solutions in the cloud (AWS, Azure) Experience with building intuitive user experience and good visual design skills Experience in implementing data security measures Azure DevOps heavily relies on cloud services, so it is crucial to have familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, CI/CD is a fundamental concept in Azure DevOps. It is vital to be well-versed with Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, or GitLab, CI/CD tools to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Coding and Testing Proficiency in languages like C#, Python or JavaScript to build Azure applications. Rigorous testing ensures reliability and security. Azure Developer should have experience with version control systems like Git or Azure Repos. It ensures proper code management, versioning, and collaboration within development teams. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power Shell or Bash is necessary to automate repetitive tasks and build efficient workflows. Azure Developers should be skilled in monitoring and logging Azure Monitor or ELK Stack tools to ensure application performance and troubleshoot issues. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks like GDPR or HIPAA is crucial to safeguard data and ensure regulatory compliance. Professionals must have problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve any issues during the development and deployment processes.
