| Life Insurance Business Analyst with Underwriting, Health and Life Insurance Support Experience Job Location: - Remote (Candidate needs to work at CST Time Zone- Generally CST, could start a little early in the day, before 8:00 AM CST or work a bit later than 5:00 PM CST. Client will spread out the day amongst staff to get a little more coverage than just 8 AM to 5 PM CST, but only by a few hours on either side. Note: - Should have excellent Communication and Customer Interaction effectively the ideal candidate should have strong soft skills, such as the ability to ask the right questions, document tickets well, and manage customer interactions effectively, even when dealing with language barriers. the decision-making and communication abilities are more challenging to develop and are crucial for the help desk role.
