Proven ability to lead & guide technology teams in complex environments. 7 years hands-on experience addressing all elements of scope, schedule, budget, risk evaluation, issue resolution, quality, integration, staffing, and communications on software engineering projects Ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior executive audience Experience managing teams and providing oversight and coaching Experience with technology integration planning and execution oversight for M&A Proven track record of successful project delivery Experience operating in a hybrid environment where teams are working in a mixture of agile/product centric and waterfall delivery models Experience with vendor management Advanced knowledge of program management principles, practices, and tools Advanced skills in leading agile groups, must be able to facilitate release planning and cross functional planning for multiple product teams Deep understanding of business requirements as defined by epics, features, user stories & releases.
